Heirarchy Channel

Official chain of command for Enclave personnel. Orders flow downward, accountability flows upward. Know your place in the structure.

Enlisted

Recruit: New personnel under probationary evaluation and training.
Private: Basic combatant; executes orders and learns core doctrine.
Private Second Class: Proven recruit assigned to unit duties.
Private First Class: Competent operator trusted with standard tasks.
Specialist: Technical/field specialization within division roles.
Corporal: Junior NCO; leads small teams and enforces discipline.
Sergeant: Squad-level leadership and direct operational oversight.
Staff Sergeant: Senior squad leader; coordinates tactics and readiness.
Sergeant First Class: Veteran NCO; mentors squads and trains new leaders.
Master Sergeant: Oversees multiple squads and division-level readiness.
First Sergeant: Senior enlisted authority for company-level discipline.
Sergeant Major: Advises command staff on enlisted operations.
Command Sergeant Major: Primary enlisted advisor at battalion level.
Sergeant Major of the Enclave: Highest enlisted authority; enforces doctrine across divisions.

2nd Lieutenant: Entry officer; leads platoon-level operations.
1st Lieutenant: Senior platoon leadership and tactical planning.
Captain: Company command; executes division objectives.
Major: Field-grade officer; oversees multi-company operations.
Lieutenant Colonel: Battalion leadership; maintains strategic readiness.
Colonel: Regiment-level command and division coordination.
Brigadier General: Senior command; manages strategic theaters.
Major General: High command; governs multiple divisions.
Lieutenant General: Operational command of Enclave regional forces.
General: Supreme command; final authority on doctrine and operations.
